In the tradition of the Cook's ethnic group, boys and girls are free to have different sex partners as long as they are not getting married. However, it is absolutely forbidden to get close to any married women, and those who go against it may be beaten to death by the village folks. The Cook cares about nothing but true love, although, he knows quite well about the great danger, he decides to risk his life for preserving his own "Paradise".
